Vedic Maths book was written by Swami Bharati Krishna Tirtha, who was an Indian monk. It was first published in 1965. Veda is basically a Sanskrit word, which means Knowledge. It has a list of mental calculation techniques which are said to be present in the Vedas. This book is actually mentioned as Vedic Mathematics.
This Mathematics is a collection of Techniques/Sutras to solve arithmetical problems in an easy and faster way. It consists of 16 Sutras and 13 sub-sutras which can be used for questions involved in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, conic. The sutras are basically the formulas which we use in the mathematical calculation. There are 3 levels in Vedic Maths:
